All NEW patients must book a free 15-minute consultation before scheduling any other appointment type. This call will help determine whether we are a good fit for one another.
Acupuncture
Our new patient appointment begins with a comprehensive review of your medical history, primary concerns, and goals, followed by a physical examination. We will outline a treatment plan for you, and you will receive personalized recommendations for lifestyle, nutrition, herbal, and supplement use following this appointment. *This initial appointment is to establish care and DOES NOT include a treatment. Acupuncture appointments can include herbal medicine, cupping, gua sha, scar tissue release, and other additional tools as needed. Acupuncture treatments are personalized for each person, in every session. This level of personalization allows for the most efficient and effective treatment of your symptoms and means no two treatments are the same.

We provide Dutch Hormone lab testing, the most comprehensive hormone testing on the market, perfect for anyone experiencing menstrual irregularities, decreased libido, weight gain, anxiety, depression, infertility, and so many more conditions. Integrative and Herbal Medicine
This appointment type combines Eastern and Western medicine. We can review lab work, order holistic labs such as the DUTCH test, GI Map testing, and allergy testing, and address concerns by combining lifestyle, supplement, nutrition, and herbal recommendations. Chinese herbal medicine can treat a wide variety of symptoms, including insomnia, weight gain, skin conditions, anxiety, depression, body pain, hormonal imbalance, fertility, digestive issues, fatigue, hot flashes, PMS or cramps, and much more. We will create a personalized formula tailored to your health concerns. Herbal medicine can speed healing when used alongside acupuncture treatments, but is also wonderful as a stand-alone treatment. These appointments are virtual.
Microneedling
Microneedling is a wonderful, natural skin care treatment that can be a good alternative to Botox or more harsh lasers or chemical peels. Microneedling stimulates your skin’s natural collagen production, supports cellular renewal from within, improves texture, tone, and elasticity, strengthens the skin barrier over time, and increases product absorption by 3000%.
Each treatment combines microneedling with natural, plant-based topicals that have been clinically tested for their effectiveness in enhancing microneedling treatment outcomes. Topicals will be selected based on your individual treatment goals.
Microneedling is effective for acne and acne scarring, fine lines and wrinkles, uneven texture, dark spots, dull, tired, or stressed skin, and hair loss.
It typically requires 4-6 treatments to see significant results. It can be done 1x per month, and best results occur with consistent treatment.
Insurance
In Network: We are currently in network with Aetna and the VA.
Out-of-network: We can also provide you with a superbill to turn in to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

Cash/Credit
We can take all major credit cards, cash in exact amounts, personal checks, and Venmo.
